Job Summary:
The Sales Export Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing international markets for material handling equipment, including EOT Cranes, Goliath Cranes, Hoists, and Goods Lifts. This role involves managing export sales activities, building relationships with international clients, and ensuring compliance with export regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Market Development:

Identify and research potential international markets and clients.

Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets.

Sales Management:

Manage the entire sales cycle from inquiry to order fulfillment.

Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals.

Client Relationship:

Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and distributors.

Provide after-sales support and address client concerns promptly.

Export Documentation:

Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams to ensure timely and accurate export processes.

Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the production and engineering teams to meet client specifications.

Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials tailored for international markets.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.

Experience:

2–5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the material handling equipment industry.

Familiarity with EOT Cranes, Goliath Cranes, Hoists, and Goods Lifts is advantageous.

Skills:

Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export documentation.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Ability to travel internationally as required.
