Sales & Marketing Executive – Industrial OEM
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Salary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum + Incentives
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our OEM business in the industrial sector. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background and proven experience in handling OEM clients, especially in industries such as automation, electrical, mechanical systems, or capital goods.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and acquire new OEM customers in the industrial sector.

Manage and grow business with existing OEM clients.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.

Conduct regular client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.

Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, product specifications, and delivery timelines.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Represent the company at industry expos, trade fairs, and networking events.

Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Candidate Requirements:

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial or OEM B2B sales.

Knowledge of products like electrical panels, control systems, automation solutions, industrial machinery, or process equipment.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven with a customer-focused approach.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Willing to travel locally and regionally as required.
