Electrical Design Manager
Job Responsibility:
- Define project scope and provide technical support for information requests prior to, and during construction phases.
- Work with commissioning teams to properly test and validate installation, operation and performance of electrical systems.
- Preparing Single Line Diagram of LT PCC & MCC using AutoCAD software.
- Preparing (lightning) illumination layout,
- Earthing layout, Cabling, Sizing calculation
- Switchgear Specification & Vendor drawings etc.
- Review vendor equipment design/data
- Manage and lead the design task on day-to-day basis.
- Allocate parts of the design to the design engineer and CAD technician checking of design engineer’s calculations and drawings.
- Ensure codes and standards and company procedures are followed.
- Ensure deadlines are set are met.
- Developing, reviewing, updating, modifying and approving electrical design plans and work schedules.
- Liaising with clients and other engineers to ensure projects are completed to specifications.
- Establishing relationship with clients, vendors, suppliers, other professionals and expanding networks.
- Maintaining and improving existing engineering processes.
- Drawing up budgets, schedules, company regulations and various other documents.
Software Skill: Auto cad, Dialux, ETAP, etc.
Educational qualification: Bachelors or Masters in Electrical engineering
Location – Vadodara
