Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Internal Sales Executive to manage customer interactions, support external sales teams, and drive business growth from within the office. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in handling B2B or industrial product inquiries.
Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.

Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into orders.

Coordinate with the dispatch, accounts, and production teams for timely order fulfillment.

Support external sales staff with documentation, reports, and lead tracking.

Maintain and update customer database and CRM system.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Assist in preparing sales reports and performance metrics.
Candidate Requirements

Graduate/Diploma in any discipline. Preference for candidates from Engineering, Commerce, or Marketing background.

3 to 4 years of experience in internal sales or customer coordination role.

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
