Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Head of Sales


Job Summary:

The Assistant Marketing Manager will support the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote material handling equipment, including Goliath Cranes, EOT Cranes, Hoists, and Goods Lifts. This role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution:

    • Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns.

    • Coordinate product launches, promotional events, and trade shows.

    • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and website content.

  • Market Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

    • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.

  • Content Development:

    • Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and product datasheets.

    • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.

  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts.

    • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for marketing collateral production.


Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.

    • Familiarity with material handling equipment is an advantage.

  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing software).

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.


Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in B2B marketing within the heavy machinery or equipment industry.

  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital analytics tools.

  • Creative thinking with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
