Job Summary:
We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead and expand our business in the Industrial OEM segment. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales of industrial products or solutions, strong market understanding, and a proven ability to manage client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and grow OEM customer accounts.

Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships.

Build strong relationships with OEM clients, design consultants, and industrial buyers.

Conduct product presentations, site visits, and technical discussions with clients.

Coordinate with internal departments (estimation, production, logistics) to meet client requirements.

Lead negotiations and close deals while ensuring profitability.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.

Achieve sales targets and prepare regular reports for management.
Candidate Requirements:

Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation or related field.

4–7 years of relevant experience in industrial/OEM sales.

Sound knowledge of industrial equipment, automation, electrical panels, or mechanical systems.

Strong communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.

Ability to travel across Gujarat and nearby regions for business development.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and reporting tools.
