Sales & Marketing Executive – Industrial OEM

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Experience: 3 to 6 Years

Salary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum + Incentives


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our OEM business in the industrial sector. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background and proven experience in handling OEM clients, especially in industries such as automation, electrical, mechanical systems, or capital goods.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and acquire new OEM customers in the industrial sector.

  • Manage and grow business with existing OEM clients.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.

  • Conduct regular client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, product specifications, and delivery timelines.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

  • Represent the company at industry expos, trade fairs, and networking events.

  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial or OEM B2B sales.

  • Knowledge of products like electrical panels, control systems, automation solutions, industrial machinery, or process equipment.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a customer-focused approach.

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Willing to travel locally and regionally as required.
